These are the terms and conditions which apply to your purchase of clothing, accessories and other goods from the Sane of Molly web site at www.saneofmolly.com (the "website").
Access to and use of this website(the "Services") and the products and services available through this website are subject to the following terms and conditions. By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time without notice. You should check the terms and conditions posted on the website periodically to ensure that you are aware of and comply with the current version.Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.

"We", "Us" and "Sane of Molly" means Two of Them Company Limited(trading as Sane of Molly), the seller of the goods .
"You" means the customer acting as a consumer.
"Courier" means any such fulfillment courier as we may choose to use.
"Delivery date" means the date specified by us, the seller, when the goods are to be delivered, however time is not of the essence of this contract.
"Goods" means the items which you agree to buy from us, the seller.
You must not misuse this Website. You will not: commit or encourage a criminal offence; transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or post any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into any aspect of the Service; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person's proprietary rights; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material, commonly referred to as "spam"; or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through this Website. Breaching this provision would constitute a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this Website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
4. TERM OF SALE
You should bear in mind that buying clothing and accessories over the internet provides a different shopping experience to buying in-store. In particular you acknowledge that:
- The colours which are shown for the goods on the website will depend on many factors, including your display settings ;
- All sizes and measurements are approximate;
- All goods are subject to availability - we may not be able to supply your order;
- Any delivery estimates given on the website or by email are estimates only.
we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged.
Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.
A contract between you and Two of Them Company Limited will not be formed until we send you a further email confirming that your order has been accepted and your goods have been dispatched. Only those goods listed in the dispatch confirmation e-mail will be included in the contract formed.
Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted but will be detailed on the invoice.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
- The product ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
- The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
You may cancel an order at any time up until the point of when the goods are being dispatched, after which you will need to return the items to us, in order to receive a refund.
5.Worldwide Delivery (Almost of the world)
Packages are generally dispatched within an hour after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL Express , FedEx Express or EMS Services which will require a signature, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. During sale time delivery may take longer.
We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Sane Of Molly insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

6. Customs & Duty
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
7. Payment and Security
We accept American Express, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard and Solo via PayPal. Without a PayPal account, you can click continue checkout on a PayPal payment page to finish your payment. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the rate appropriate to the country of receipt
PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.
Upon receiving your order PayPal (the "third party") to carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
All payments in Thailand, Bank Transfer is accepted. You can transfer via ATM, Bank Counter, Deposit Machine or Internet Banking to this following details;

After completing the transfer of your payment, please email us the followings :
- The transfer details or the bank slip
- The Order details (Name, Invoice No., Product Ref.)
You will get our confirmation via email as soon as the tranfer acceptance have been approved by our bank.
Caution : We do not have any policy to receive payments through the personal account name or the employee account name. We will not be responsible for any lost in this case.
8. Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the goods to our warehouse within 14 days of receipt and we will issue you a full refund (excluding original delivery charges) upon receipt, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below.* The parcel can take up to 10 working days to reach us therefore we recommend that you send items back within 2 days of receipt to ensure the goods arrive to us within 14 days or receipt, so we can process your refund. Please note, in the interest of hygiene we do not offer refunds on swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed or any tickets have been broken.

(2) Go to “History and details of your orders”
(3) Select the order that you wish to generate a return from your order history list
(4) Select the product(s) you wish to return and please indicate your reasons from the drop down menu, adding any additional comments
(5) Confirm your return by clicking on “Make a RMA slip”
(6) Please take note of your unique Return reference number, including this reference on your order packing slip
(7) Print the return slip or take note of the return address and ensure your package includes the Return reference number and the original order packing slip (Go to "my merchandise returns" then print out a return slip)
The cost and safety of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore, we recommend for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery.
Please quote your order reference number in all correspondence and ensure you include the original invoice with your parcel.

We use the information that we collect about you to:
1) Process your order expeditiously and efficiently.
2) In order to enable the goods to be delivered to you we have to pass on your address to our third party couriers. If it is in our possession we will also pass on details of your telephone number in order to allow our couriers to contact you directly in the event of a query regarding delivery.
3) Contact you regarding forthcoming offers by email only.
We will not telephone you unless the telephone call relates to a particular order that you have made. Credit card and debit card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are only dispatched once authorisation has been obtained.
To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly.
Sane of Molly is committed to protecting your security and makes every effort to ensure our transaction process is safe and that your personal information is secure. All information processed is encrypted and passed via a secure connection.
We use Internet standard encryption technology to scramble your sensitive data when you transmit it to us. This process is known as SSL (secure sockets layer) and we are constantly updating our technology to provide you with the maximum practicable level of security.
Sale of assets
In the unlikely event that Sane of Molly or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.
10. Disclaimer of Liability
The material displayed on this Website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. Unless expressly stated to the contrary to the fullest extent permitted by law Two of Them Company Limited and its suppliers, content providers and advertisers hereby expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity and shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this Website or the Linked Sites and any materials posted thereon, irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable or arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, at common law or otherwise. This does not affect Sane of Molly's liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, nor for fraudulent misrepresentation, misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
All disputes arising out of the aforementioned terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws and exclusive jurisdiction of Kingdom of Thailand.
